These terms govern your use of this store and your purchase of digital products from Blackroom Psychology, an imprint of SENTIVAIL, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
2. The product
Behind the Veil is a revised 50-page digital PDF ebook supplied by download. No physical item is shipped.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. SENTIVAIL is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment provider.
4. Licence and acceptable use
On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read the ebook for your own use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly post the file. All intellectual-property rights remain with SENTIVAIL.
5. Delivery
Access is provided automatically after successful payment. See the Digital Product and Delivery Policy.
6. Refunds
Because the ebook is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once your download has been made available. We consider refunds case by case where the product is at fault — for example a link that never arrives, a corrupted or unopenable file, the wrong file, or a product materially not as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See the full Refund Policy.
