How your ebook is delivered, and what to do if something goes wrong.
What you receive
Behind the Veil is a revised 50-page PDF ebook from Blackroom Psychology, an imprint of SENTIVAIL. No physical item is shipped and no shipping is charged.
Delivery method and timing
Access is delivered automatically after your payment is confirmed, by an email download link and through your order confirmation. Delivery is usually immediate; occasional email delays can occur. The file is not published at a permanent public address.
Accessing your download
Open the file with any standard PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer. No app or account is required. Save a copy for your records. Download links may expire for security; if yours expires, contact us and we will restore access.
If your download does not arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first, and confirm you are looking at the inbox for the email address you used at checkout. If it still has not arrived, email physcodark@gmail.com with your order number. We respond within 2–3 working days and will resend your access.
Failed or cancelled payments
The file is released only after a payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, is cancelled or is not completed, no download is issued.
